Kelly Thompson, Managing Director

Kelly has worked with T&D Construction Ltd since 1986, serving his apprenticeship as a carpenter under tutelage of Roy Devanny.
After a brief working holiday in Australia, he became construction manager, before taking a further year in 1993 to travel extensively throughout Europe and ending up building in Auckland, before returning to Blenheim to again work for the family firm.
Kelly began quantity surveying and tendering for projects for the firm, and gradually took on more responsibility, culminating in the joint directorship of T&D Construction Ltd in 2000.

Geoff Morgan, Managing Director

Geoff began his building apprenticeship with T&D Construction Ltd in 1976. Geoff has been an integral member of the team ever since, taking up shares in the company in 1991, and joint managing director in 2000.
One of Geoff's strengths is his project management skills. Apart from one year on an overseas construction site, Geoff has worked for T&D Construction Ltd continually and has gathered a wealth of industry knowledge (and local knowledge) over the years. He is responsible for quality control, organising the construction team, and overseeing construction projects to completion.

Susan Barron, Office Manager

Susan started working at T&D Construction Ltd as an office junior in 1985. Running the office, wages, accounting and taxation are just a few of the tasks she manages; she's also 'camp mum' keeping the lads on their toes and making sure teams are entered in the local indoor netball and cricket tournaments. A born and bred Marlburian, Susan loves the outdoor lifestyle and is mad on golf, netball, indoor netball and even loves to watch rugby - which is probably why she has 'lasted the distance' with such a sports mad team!
